  • Huang Yongju
    Mr Huang was born in 1945 and graduated from Tsinghua University. He is the adviser and honorary vice-president in several painting academies, such as the member of Shandong Artist Association, the artistic adviser of Chinses paintings and calligraphy art research, the honorary vice-president of Chinese tiger painting artistic research academy, the artist of Xinhua painting and calligraphy academy. Huang loved painting since childhood and devote himself to learn the painting skill and style form master Liu Kuiling and Liu Jiyou, gradually combined fine brushwork with freehand brushwork and formed his own painting style. Huang’s paintings are vigorousness and unify spirit and form, won many prizes in national and provincial exhibitions of paintings. Huang’s works have been published or edited in many newspapers and magazines, such as “Chinese Painting and Calligraphy News”, “The Art Newspaper”, “Xizhi Painting and Calligraphy News” and “Chinese Painters”.

    From 26th October 2010 to 25th November 2010, Mr. Huang held “Hundred tiger paintings in the year of the Tiger”, won extensive praise from all circles.

    In 2003, Mr. Huang got the gold medal in “The Competition of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters”.

    In 2004, Mr. Huang got the silver award in “Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Grand Prix”.

    In 2005, Mr. Huang won the silver award in the first “Chinese Painting and Calligraphy boutique works Grand Prix”.

    In 2010, Mr. Huang got the title of “China’s Top Ten Tiger Painters”. In the same year, Huang’s works were selected for exhibition in Beijing Rongbaozhai.

    In 2012, Huang’s several works were published in the book of “China’s Top Ten Tiger Painters”.

    In 2014, Huang’s works were collected into “Three Masters of Painting Tigers”.
